The Marketing Diagnostic exists to solve that problem before you commit to anything bigger. It is a paid, structured audit of your entire digital presence, delivered as a working session and a written plan you can act on with or without us.

Why We Built It

Most agencies start with a free thirty minute consultation. You answer questions. They take notes. A proposal shows up a week later.

That model has two problems. It puts the agency in selling mode instead of helping mode. And it skips the part where you actually find out what is broken.

The Marketing Diagnostic flips that around. You pay a small fee. We do real work. You get a real plan. If you hire us afterward, the fee rolls into your first month. If you do not, you keep the plan and use it however you want.

What’s Included

The Diagnostic covers five areas of your digital presence:

Website and Messaging. We review your homepage, key service pages, and core copy for clarity, conversion structure, and trust signals. We identify the specific places visitors are likely getting stuck or bouncing.

SEO and Local Search. We audit your technical SEO, your local search visibility, your Google Business Profile, and your top organic keywords against your competitors.

Paid Media. If you are running Google or Meta ads, we audit the accounts, the spend efficiency, and the landing page experience. If you are not running ads, we identify whether you should and what it would cost to start.

Content and Email. We look at how you follow up with leads, whether you have nurture sequences in place, and what your customer journey actually looks like in practice.

Competitive Landscape. We benchmark your digital presence against two or three direct competitors so you can see exactly where you stand.

How It Works

The Diagnostic is delivered as a 45 to 60 minute working session. Before the call, we audit everything. During the call, we walk you through what we found, what is working, what is broken, and what to do about it. After the call, you receive a written plan that summarizes the entire audit.

The whole process takes about two weeks from kickoff to delivery.

What It Costs

The Marketing Diagnostic is $1,500.

We split it into two payments. Half is invoiced upfront when we kick off. Half is invoiced when we deliver the audit. If the Diagnostic does not surface a meaningful opportunity for your business, you do not pay the second half.

If you move forward with one of our retainer tiers (Digital Presence, Marketing Engine, or Growth Partner), the full $1,500 rolls into your first month. If you intend to work with us anyway, the Diagnostic costs you nothing on net. You just start with a clear picture instead of a guess.
