A Catholic school asked us to make a video about their education.
When I looked at their marketing, I couldn’t find the word “Catholic” anywhere.
Not in the headline. Not in their mission. Not on their flyers.
-> Students were attending Mass.
-> Saying the Rosary.
-> Spending time in adoration.
But they weren’t telling anyone.
So we made a video called “An Irresistibly Catholic Education.”
Not “faith-based” or “values-driven.” Catholic. The word itself. Over and over.
The families who are searching for a deeply Catholic education are the ones who know their faith.
They’re saying the chaplet, going to adoration, celebrating feast days.
When a school leads with generic “centered on faith” verbiage those families keep scrolling.
Faith could mean anything. It doesn’t answer their question of, “Will this school help my child grow in relationship with our Lord”.
When a school leads with “Catholic,” the right families stop and read.
If your school lives the faith every day, say it out loud.
Put it on the homepage. Put it in the mission statement. Put it everywhere a searching family might land.
The families who need you are looking for you.
Make sure they can find you.
