Who can apply for this giveaway?
Any Catholic-led organization is welcome — including schools, parishes, nonprofits, ministries, or small businesses. If your mission is rooted in the Catholic faith and you need a better website to support that mission, we’d love to hear from you.
Does it really cost nothing?
Yes. If selected, you’ll receive a fully custom website — professionally written, designed, and built — at no cost. It’s a $15,000+ value, completely free.
What does the website include?

Do I need to have a website already?

What if I’m not selected — can I still work with you?
Absolutely. Every applicant will receive a special offer after the giveaway period ends. We’d still love to help you improve your message, website, or marketing.
Legal Disclosures
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to organizations located in the United States. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of their organization. Limit one (1) entry per organization. Void where prohibited.
Entry Period
Entries will be accepted beginning September 7, 2025, and ending October 7, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
How to Enter
To enter, complete the official application form available at briefcase.marketing/free-website. Only complete entries submitted through the online form will be eligible.
Prize
One (1) organization will receive a professionally written and designed custom website created by Briefcase Marketing. Hosting, future maintenance, or services beyond the initial website build are not included. Minimum estimated value: $12,000. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected based on the content of their application and, at Briefcase Marketing’s discretion, may be asked to participate in a follow-up call. The winner will be publicly announced and notified by email within fourteen (14) days after the Giveaway ends. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Conditions
By entering, participants grant Briefcase Marketing the right to use their organization’s name, logo, and likeness for promotional purposes related to this Giveaway without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Briefcase Marketing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances arise that prevent it from being conducted as planned.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Briefcase Marketing, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages of any kind arising out of participation in this Giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.
Privacy
Personal information collected will be used only to administer the Giveaway, communicate with applicants, and announce the winner. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
