Why Briefcase Marketing?
Doyle Medical was investing in Facebook ads but wasn’t seeing results.

We reframed their message to show empathy for healthcare providers and families while highlighting Doyle Medical’s expertise. The copy positioned them as a trusted guide, not just a supplier.
2. Defined Next Steps
Every page now directs users toward a clear action — whether it’s contacting the team, requesting a quote, or exploring specific products.
3. Live Chat Integration
To serve visitors who had questions or weren’t ready to commit, we added a live chat feature, giving real-time access to help and improving engagement.

After launch, engagement on their homepage jumped to 91.6%, with an average session time of 3 minutes and 41 seconds.
