Avon Catholic Community

Holy Trinity and St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception—two proud parishes with over 300 years of combined history—merged to form the Avon Catholic Community. They partnered with Briefcase Marketing to build a unified website that honors both parishes while serving their shared mission.

The Challenge.

Two parishes. Two histories. Two sets of parishioners who wanted to make sure their church was well represented in the merger.

Holy Trinity has been serving Avon since 1833. St. Mary's since 1893. Both had loyal parishioners, deep roots, and distinct identities.

Their old websites were outdated, navigation was confusing, and the event calendar didn't work well. More importantly, there was no unified digital presence for the newly formed Avon Catholic Community.

Our Role.

We started by listening. We brought in a brand strategist to make sure everyone's ideas were in order, most importantly the pastor's.

Then we built a fast, clean website that features both parish histories prominently, unifies sacramental scheduling (no more double-bookings), and includes an event calendar that actually works.

The Results.

The Avon Catholic Community now has a single website that serves both parishes without losing what makes each one unique.

Parishioners from Holy Trinity and St. Mary's can find Mass times, register for events, and explore the faith - all in one place.

Photography

Showing the beautiful churches and happy faces of parishioners was a key part of the website redesign. We sent a photographer to capture Sunday Mass at both parishes so each community would see themselves represented.
