Sts. Peter & Paul Parish
Sts. Peter & Paul Parish is one of the oldest Catholic parishes in the Diocese of Cleveland. They partnered with Briefcase Marketing to rebuild their website, capture professional photography, and produce two videos that help newcomers feel welcome.
The Challenge.
The design was outdated. Navigation was clunky. There was no video content. And nothing on the site answered the question a visitor or returning Catholic might actually be asking: "What will it be like if I show up?"
Our Role.
That second video exists because a lot of people aren't just wrestling with their faith. They're wrestling with the awkwardness of showing up without fully understanding what's going on. The video answers real questions: Why is Mass centered around the Eucharist? Is it okay to leave right after Communion? Does the priest want me there if I haven't been in a while?
The Results.
The site makes attending Mass feel less intimidating, and it gives the parish tools to invite people back.

Photography
Stock photos don’t build trust. We sent a photographer to Sts. Peter & Paul to capture the church, the liturgy, and the people who make up the community.
The images show what it actually looks like to be part of this parish – the architecture, the sacraments, the faces in the pews. These photos now appear throughout the website and give the parish a library of visuals they can use for bulletins, social media, and future marketing.

Virtual Tour Video
A lot of people have thought about attending a Catholic Mass but hesitated because they didn’t know what they were walking into.
We sent a videographer to interview Fr. Joe Robinson about what visitors and returning Catholics actually want to know. The result is two videos that live on the new site:
Welcome to Sts. Peter & Paul: An introduction to the parish, the community, and what makes this place home for its parishioners.
What to Expect at Sunday Mass: A walkthrough of what actually happens during Mass, filmed on location, with Fr. Joe answering the questions people are often too embarrassed to ask.
The videos do one simple thing: make showing up feel a little less intimidating.
