Why Briefcase Marketing
Live Jesus Ministries is a growing Catholic evangelization startup serving youth ministers, parishes, and volunteers across the Diocese of Toledo. When they first reached out, they didn’t have a website at all.
Their goal was simple: create a platform that would clearly communicate their mission, share resources, and make it easy for parishes and mentors to get involved.
After seeing our work with other Catholic organizations, they partnered with us to bring their vision to life.
The Challenge
Live Jesus Ministries was starting from scratch — no website, no online presence, and no existing structure for managing their growing network of partners and volunteers.
Their mission was powerful, but they needed a way to tell their story online and help more parishes understand the importance of mentoring teens in their faith.
The challenge was to design a website that both inspires people to get involved and provides tools for ongoing formation.
The Strategy
We started with a discovery call to learn about their work and the real challenges facing youth ministry today. Teens often feel disconnected in their faith, and many parishes struggle to form lifelong disciples.
From there, we:
Designed and built a new website using Divi and ACF, focused on storytelling and clear next steps
Created a mentor login portal where volunteers can access resources and curriculum materials
Developed clean navigation and bold calls to action for parishes interested in partnering
Continue to provide ongoing maintenance and support to keep everything running smoothly
Website Launched
June 2024
Success Achieved!
Since launching the new website, Live Jesus Ministries has seen tremendous growth:
– 43 parishes have reached out to partner with them
– 99 volunteers have joined through the website
– Continuous new inquiries each month from across the Diocese
The site now serves as both an outreach tool and an operational hub — connecting mentors, parishes, and young people with the resources they need to grow in faith.
