Margi Ruiz Coaching

Before & After

Why Briefcase Marketing?
Margi Ruiz empowers women to live the radiant life God planned for them. She needed a website that would help her connect with those women and invite them into her coaching programs.
There was just one problem — she didn’t have a website yet.

The Challenge
Margi’s audience is primarily empty-nester moms — women who have spent years caring for their families and now find themselves wondering what comes next.
She needed a website that spoke directly to them, one that captured both the emotional and spiritual transformation her coaching provides.

The Strategy
Our goal was to create a website that felt personal, joyful, and hopeful — a place where women would instantly feel understood.
1. Writing the Website
We started by diving deep into her coaching process to understand the transformation she offers. The copy was written to mirror her audience’s inner dialogue — acknowledging their longing for purpose while offering a hopeful path forward.
2. Designing the Website
Using her existing logo and brand colors, we built a bright, uplifting design. We filled the site with imagery of joyful, faith-filled women — mostly outdoors — to convey movement, energy, and life.
Testimonials were placed throughout the site to establish credibility, and we integrated her podcast and promotional pop-ups to grow her audience.
3. Launch and Hosting
Once the site was live, we handled hosting through WP Engine, which filters bot traffic for accurate analytics. We fine-tuned technical SEO, created a shareable preview image for social links, and ensured her content was easy to find.

Success Achieved
Within weeks, Margi began seeing real engagement — hundreds of qualified visitors per month exploring her content and joining her coaching funnel.
Her new website doesn’t just attract traffic — it connects deeply with the women she’s called to serve.
