Why Briefcase Marketing?
St. Francis Xavier is a vibrant parish with a thriving K–8 school and active sports program. But their digital presence was fragmented:

The Challenge
The parish website was difficult to navigate, lacked consistency, and buried key information for visitors and members alike.
The school website had outdated messaging and failed to communicate the warmth, academic rigor, and faith formation that makes the school special.
There was no unified brand voice, no clear user flow, and no visual identity tying the parish, school, and athletics together.

The Strategy
We started with message clarity, building a cohesive story across all three sites that reflected their Catholic identity and commitment to excellence.
Then, we created them a pairsh, school and athletics sites. These were built with action in mind. Scheduling a tour. Donating to the parish. Enrolling in CYO sports.
Showing the smiling and happy faces of students and parishioners was a key part of the website redesign. We sent out a photographer to take photos of their church and school to showcase the good things that are happening.
