St. Leo the Great Catholic Parish
St. Leo the Great is a newly merged parish in Racine, Wisconsin. There was eight (yes 8!) churches that came together to form one parish one while keeping all eight open, serving about 3,200 parishioners.
Briefcase Marketing wrote and built the parish a new website from the ground up, one digital home for a family still learning to feel like one parish.
The Challenge.
Priests now rotate across the eight churches, so the site had to do work the building used to do on its own: connect people to the priest saying their Mass. And with 16 weekend Masses spread across eight churches, a newcomer needed to find the right time fast, whether they grew up in one of these churches or were walking into one for the first time. The parish's own mission, Engage, Learn, Grow, Live, needed a home that lived up to it.
Our Role.
The eight old parish domains still redirect straight to the new site, so a search for any of the original eight churches lands in the same new home. We host and maintain the site after launch, the same way we do for the other parish sites we run.
The Results.
Fr. Juan Manuel Camacho, the parish's pastor, put it simply: "The more I look at the web page, the more I fall in love with it."
Eight communities still gather in eight different church buildings every Sunday. Now they land in the same digital home to find a Mass time, read the bulletin, or find a way to get more involved, one parish, finally, online and in the pews.

8 Churches, 1 Site
We built a custom plugin just for this parish so each of the eight churches keeps its own history, its own story, its own page, instead of getting flattened into one generic “our churches” list. A pin map lets anyone find the right building by location, then read what makes that specific church its own. Church cards carry real photos of each building, supplied by the parish, standing in for eight communities that do not look alike.
Every page carries a sticky button that pulls up all 16 weekend Mass times in one tap, so finding the right time is never more than a thumb’s reach away. The mega menu is built on the parish’s own four pillars, Engage, Learn, Grow, Live, each one a clickable icon that takes a visitor straight into that part of parish life.

Built to Welcome
About 30% of the parish community is Hispanic, so every page on the new site carries a full English and Spanish toggle. The homepage itself is written as a welcome, with two clear paths for anyone new: register as a parishioner, or start the Becoming Catholic process for someone exploring the faith for the first time.
The ParishStaq calendar and forms, the newsletter signup now sitting in the header where subscribing used to be hard, the parish bulletin, and the Instagram feed all pull in live content, so the pages stay current on their own.
