Doyle Medical was investing in Facebook ads but wasn’t seeing results.
When users clicked through, the website didn’t clearly explain who they served or how to take the next step. Without a strong foundation, their ad spend wasn’t converting.
So before running ads, we focused on fixing what mattered most — their website.

The Challenge.

Their old site lacked clarity and structure. Visitors were unsure what Doyle Medical offered, who it was for, or how to move forward.

The brand’s warmth and compassion weren’t being reflected online.

Our Role.

We completely rewrote and redesigned their website.

1. Clear Positioning
We reframed their message to show empathy for healthcare providers and families while highlighting Doyle Medical’s expertise.
2. Defined Next Steps
Every page now directs users toward a clear action.
3. Live Chat Integration
To serve visitors who had questions or weren’t ready to commit, we added a live chat feature, giving real-time access to help and improving engagement.

The Results.

After launch, engagement on their homepage jumped to 91.6%, with an average session time of 3 minutes and 41 seconds.

Visitors aren’t bouncing anymore. They’re exploring, clicking, and connecting. It’s proof that ads can drive traffic, but only a great website can turn that traffic into trust.
