CLE Priesthood
Father Ragan Council No. 3269 is a Knights of Columbus council in Avon, Ohio, established in 1950 and serving Catholic men and their families across Avon, Avon Lake, Sheffield, and the surrounding communities. Briefcase Marketing built the council its first website on a domain of its own, with a full year of its work laid out where anyone can see it.
The Challenge.
Father Ragan Council had the kind of numbers most nonprofits would want to lead with: over $119,000 raised in 2025, 268 brother knights, 64 Fourth Degree Knights, 15 or more parish events and fundraisers every year, and a Knights of Columbus Star Council Award, the top honor a council can earn.
None of it was anywhere a stranger could find it. The council had never owned a domain of its own. The proof of an active, serious council lived in meeting minutes and officer memory. A visitor never saw any of it.

Our Role.
Briefcase had already built and branded a Knights of Columbus website for a KofC insurance agent, a project that was built and never used. We refit that build for Father Ragan Council instead of designing from scratch, the faster and cheaper path to a real site.
The proof point came from asking. We sent the officer committee a list of content questions: how many brother knights, how much the council's foundation raised in 2025, how many events a year, how many Fourth Degree Knights. The council had every number. Nobody had ever published them. Those answers became the About page, and the council's whole year of events became a new Activities page beside it.

The Results.
Father Ragan Council No. 3269 launched ahead of the council's fall membership push, at the officers' own request. We are staying on after launch for hosting and maintenance.
The $119,000, the 268 brothers, the 64 Fourth Degree Knights, and the Star Council Award are on the About page now. A year of parish work is on the Activities page instead of living in meeting minutes. A council that has been doing this work since 1950 finally has a place that says so.
