OC Federal Credit Union
Recognizing the need for an agency with experience in the financial industry, OC Federal Credit Union (formerly Ohio Catholic FCU) contracted Briefcase Marketing to act as a Fractional Marketing Director.

The Challenge.
In a complex and heavily regulated industry, they needed an experienced marketing partner to step in and provide stability across all marketing projects and campaigns.
Our Role.
We developed Google Ad campaigns targeting specific member needs. And we created social media content, videos, and email campaigns that reinforced their mission while driving measurable results.
The Results.
Google Ads drove a 219% increase in leads, and membership grew by over 350 new members.
We improved their conversion rate from 6% to 13%—on over $10,000 in monthly ad spend. That's more than double the conversions for the same budget.

2023 Marketing Work
With their marketing director gone, we completed their website redesign, managed Google Ads campaigns, launched weekly promotional email campaigns, oversaw Net Promoter Score surveys, created visual media for branch lobby screens, designed print materials (quarterly newsletters, posters, newspaper ads), and provided on-site marketing training for their team.
We saw a 219% increase in qualified leads and 350+ new members joined the credit union.

2025 Marketing Work
In 2025, OC Federal Credit Union (the largest Catholic credit union in Ohio) brought us back for the same reason as 2023. Their marketing director left and they needed to keep the ship afloat while they hired a full-time replacement.
We not only kept everything afloat (weekly promotional email campaigns, oversaw Net Promoter Score surveys, created visual media for branch lobby screens, designed quarterly newsletters, posters, newspaper ads) we improved their Google Ad conversion rate from 6% to 13% on over $10,000 in monthly ad spend.
